excessive charges

Upon arrival, I was informed I could check in early, but I still had to wait until 9 PM to access my room. The staff seemed oblivious to the agreement from the previous shift, with maids and managers knocking on my door the next morning. Despite my exhaustion, they insisted on discussing an additional $50 charge, showing little concern for my situation.

I loved the fresh, clean vibe and the pool area had a chill bar with great seating. Plus, we enjoyed exploring the cool nearby cafes. The bed was super comfy, definitely one of the best I've slept in at a budget spot!

Oh my gosh, the imperial was a fantastic find! The newly remodeled standard king room was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The pool area was great and had a nice sitting area by the bar. It's really close to the vibrant nob hill district too!
